PURPOSE:To improve the processing speed of a stripe trailing picture transforming process to a linear belt-like picture having a prescribed width in the horizontal direction by transforming the linear belt-like picture into a curved belt-like picture. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 2 is connected with a ROM 3, RAM 4, keyboard 5, and picture processor 1 through an address bus 11, data bus 12, and control bus 13 and performs prescribed control. The processor 1 outputs picture data of animations and still pictures to a VRAM 7 under the control of the CPU 2. Moreover, the processor 1 transforms the picture data of animations and still picture data stored in the VRAM 7 or picture data into curved belt-like pictures by moving linear belt-like pictures having prescribed widths in the horizontal direction in the horizontal direction at every one or plural scanning lines and outputs the transformed pictures to a display device 8 after obtaining RGB signals. |
