<p>PURPOSE:To reset a handwheel to a neutral position by interrupting a motor driver from a clutch driver in the case where grounding detection of the motor driver is performed at the time of incongruity between a torque direction judging signal and an output signal of a torque direction discriminator. CONSTITUTION:A self-holding circuit 24 is being constituted of a D flip-flop circuit IC7, and an incongruent signal in the steering direction and a judging signal of a motor driver grounding detector 27 are inputted into a clock terminal T after being subjected to AND coupling. If this clock input is reversed from L to H, an L level appears in a Q-terminal, whereby a transistor Tr1 of a fail relay breaker circuit 25 comes OFF, and a transistor Tr2 of a fail relay circuit 26 is driven, so that a movable terminal 42 of a fail relay comes OFF as well, thus a motor driver and a clutch driver are interrupted, and thereby a motor shaft is separated from a steering shaft, coming into a manual steering state.</p> |
