PURPOSE:To cut off a plant equipment at an early stage and to improve the safety of a plant by adding an abnormality detector to each computer station controller and cutting off the control signal of the final stage with an OR. CONSTITUTION:The abnormality of an automated console 1 and a data way 3 are detected by a detector owned by one of the console 1 and the way 3 or by both detectors of them as long as a computer 2 and a station controller 4 are working normally. Thus the operating command signal can be cut. However both the computer 2 and the controller 4 are unable to detect their own abnormality by themselves and therefore unable to cut the operating command signal neither. Thus the abnormality detectors 11 and 12 are used to detect the abnormality of the computer 2 and the controller 4. Then an OR is secured by an OR circuit 13 to cut the control signal S11 sent from an operating circuit 6 in case either one of the computer 2 and the controller 4 has abnormality. As a result, the damage or malfunctions of the plant equipments can be prevented. |
