PURPOSE:To improve flavor-barrier characteristics and adhesive strength, by forming a specific resin layer intended for heat sealing in predetermined bonding areas of the outer layer of a blank sheet having the outer layer of polyolefin resin and the inner layer of low crystalline linear saturated polyester resin. CONSTITUTION:It is preferable that the thickness of a layer of linear saturated polyester resin constituting the inner area of a paper container blank sheet and having a glass transition temperature of not less than 40 deg.C be within the range of 5-60mu. The outer layer thereof consists of the polyethylene of low density or medium density to provide an exterior water resistance thereto. A resin layer intended for heat sealing in the predetermined heat sealing areas of the outer layer between the outer and inner layers is formed by applying thereto the resin of low melting point heat sealable at a lower temperature than a low crystalline linear saturated polyester resin constituting the inner layer, for example, urethane or polyethylene resin and drying the same or by extrusion coating thereof.
