PURPOSE:To secure a wide dynamic range an to evade such a case as the clamping potential is changed by the fluctuation of the power supply voltage or the change of the temperature characteristics by constituting a clamping circuit with use of a reference voltage generating circuit, a differential amplifier of a current output form, and a comparator. CONSTITUTION:A reference voltage generating circuit is used together with a comparator 37 which compares an output signal with the reference voltage VR outputted from the reference voltage generating circuit, a capacitor 61 which holds the output of the comparator 37, and a differential amplifier 36 consisting of a 1st transistor TR42 which receives the supply of an input signal and a 2nd TR43 which receives the supply of the comparison output voltage of the comparator 37. In such a constitution, a dynamic range is increased together with reduction of the influence of the fluctuation of the power supply voltage or the change of the temperature characteristics. |
