PURPOSE: To provide the nail of tibial medulla for treating the fracture of lower limbs of making possible to optimum-introduce a nail into a medullary space, and to firmly fix a split by composing of that a near and far end portions, which are bent with a predetermined angle against a central portion, are arranged and the adjacent end of them is provided with a predetermined length. CONSTITUTION: A nail for tibial medulla has a central portion 1, and a near end portion 2 and a far end portion 3 are bent against the central portion 1. The near end portion 2 inclines by angle -10 deg.<=α<=-20 deg. from the central axis 4 of the central portion 1, and preferably inclines by angle -13 deg.<=α<=-17 deg., and the far end portion 3 inclines by angle +2 deg.<=β<=+4 deg. in due course. The length A of the near end portion 2 is 122-162mm, preferably 137-147mm.
