PURPOSE:To minimize geometric aberrations in the stage of superposing visible rays on invisible laser beams, by locating the visible rays in the outside circumferential part of the invisible laser beams by the use of optical fibers. CONSTITUTION:The CO2 laser beams 11 from a oscillator 10 are bent at right angles by a total reflection mirror 41 and are focused to a focal position 14 by a lens 50 which condenses CO2 laser beams 12 finally. The beams from a visible light source 20 are distributed to plural pieces of optical fibers 23 by a distributor 22, and are irradiated through a condenser lens for optical fibers to the outside circumferential part near the top surface of the lens 50. The respective visible beams 24 are converged to the position 14 by the lens 50; at the same time, the visible rays 24 and the beams 12 are superposed on the same axis by the lens 50. |
