PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition useful as insulating films of electronic parts, etc., capable of adjusting frictional force and adhesion on the surface of coating film, by adding SiO2 particles subjected to surface treatment with a silane coupling agent to a printing coating compound. CONSTITUTION:A printing coating compound is blended with SiO2 particles subjected to surface treatment with a silane coupling agent (e.g., methylethoxysilane, vinylethoxysilane or epoxyethoxysilane) to give the aimed composition. |
