PURPOSE:To use a sheet of any surface characteristics without troubles by means of an ordinary suction type automatic paper feeding device by providing a transparent thermoplastic synthetic resin film on the sheet surface including a section where suckers of a suction type automatic paper feeding are brought into contact with the surface of a paperboard processed sheet or the sheet surface including the periphery of a section where suckers are brought into contact. CONSTITUTION:At the time of manufacturing a paperboard processed sheet such as a corrugated board sheet, a paperboard sheet for paper ware, suckers of a suction type automatic paper feeding device used for suction transfer of a sheet is provided with a transparent thermoplastic synthetic resin film on the sheet surface of a section in contact with the surface of a paperboard processed sheet or the surface including the periphery of a section in contact with the suckers. The synthetic resin film is a mixed material of foaming thermoplastic synthetic resin hollow particles and thermoplastic binders. The ratio of the hollow particles of thermoplastic resin and synthetic resin binders is 50-500pts.wt. of hollow particles mixed and dispersed with 100pts.wt. of synthetic resin binders. The applying amount of synthetic resin binders including thermoplastic synthetic resin or hollow particles may be small, preferably 2-5g/m<2> (solid content). |
