PURPOSE:To enable excellent development with high density without any print blur by arranging a member which has a circular external surface for control ling the carrying amount of toner opposite a toner carrying sleeve. CONSTITUTION:The member 3 having the circular external surface for controlling the carrying amount of toner is arranged as a toner carrying amount control member opposite the toner carrying sleeve 1 which constitutes the developing device. Consequently, a flow of toner when its carrying amount is controlled becomes smooth, clogging and sleeve-shaped toner absence are hardly caused in a doctor gap, and toner is supplied stably, so the excellent development is performed. |
