PURPOSE:To improve the heat efficiency by mounting the flange of a pot on an upper frame provided on the upper opening section of the side section of a protective frame constituting a pot storage section or an upper frame ring provided on the upper end section of this upper frame. CONSTITUTION:A protective frame bottom section 3 and a protective frame side section 4 constituting the storage section of a pot 2 are arranged in a nearly cylindrical cooking utensil main body 1. A flange A5 and a flange B7 reinforced by outward flanges are provided on the bottom section and upper section of the protective frame side section 4 respectively, the flange B7 is coupled with the receiving section B9 of the undercut of a ring-shaped upper frame 8. The flange 10 of the pot 2 formed with a magnetic clad steel plate on the outside, for example, is mounted and supported on the upper frame 8. The heated air between the pot and the pot storage section is hardly released to the outside, the heat efficiency is improved. |
