OPENING CONTROL METHOD OF BOILER BURNER AIR RESISTER

PURPOSE:To plan the improvement of availability of a boiler by controlling the opening of a burner resister in accordance with boiler load, the number of burner applying stages and a burner applying pattern. CONSTITUTION:Signals 9 of burner applying stages are input in an adder 11 through a function generator 10, added to a burner pattern signals 12, adding signals are input in an arithmetic circuit 13 to find opening instructions, the opening instruction signals 14 are introduced in a subtracter 3 in which air resister opening signals are input through a switch 15 to find their differences and the opening of an air resister 4 of each burner is controlled so that their differences becomes zero. Prescribed opening signals 2 are input in the switch 15 and introduced in the subtracter 3 only when there are the signals 16 during load variation. Since the opening of the air resister 4 of each burner is automatically controlled, a burning condition of a boiler furnace is stabilized to improve the availability of a boiler.
