A hydraulic drilling machine comprises a drilling instrument (5) connected to a hydraulic motor (4), a hydraulic striker (1) connected through a rotating hydrodistributor (2) to a pressure line (10) and a return line, and a flow regulator (14) consisting of a non-return value (17) and a controlled throttle (18) interconnected in parallel. The input of the flow regulator (14) is connected to the return line (15) of the hydraulic motor (4) whereas the output is connected to the return lines (16) of the hydraulic striker and to the input of the rotation drive of the hydrodistributor, made in the form of a reaction-type hydroturbine.
