For simpler monitoring of the body weight of a person, the invention provides a diagram disc with a time and weight graduation on the circumference. The diagram disc is marked or perforated at least once every day. In this arrangement, each weight unit represents a measurement unit of body weight which has been lost. Further provided is a record page for monitoring people's weight, in particular for dieting purposes, having a record page and separate sections for entering the initial weight and the daily difference in weight, in particular using the abovementioned diagram disc.
