<p>Laser, with a multiple-deflection beam path between two final resonator mirrors and at least one reflector which retroreflects the laser beam in a multiple-deflection path, the axis of said reflector being, in particular, parallel to the axis of a second reflector. To improve the beam quality while maintaining the comparatively low sensitivity to adjustment of the laser, the beam path is deflected at least twice by the retroreflecting reflector.</p> |
