<p>The display with integrated touch area according to the invention incorporates a display cell comprising a layer exhibiting electro- optical properties, a first array of electrodes arranged on one of the faces of the said layer, and to each of which can be applied an electrical voltage, in such a manner as to cause the visualising of an image element, and an array of counter-electrodes (6) arranged on the other face of the layer. These counter-electrodes (6) are connected respectively to an electronic measuring circuit (14) able to detect perturbations, generated by a generator (13), of an electrical signal applied to each of these counter-electrodes (6) via a multiplexer (11). The invention makes it possible to eliminate the disadvantages of displays onto which transparent touch regions are applied. <IMAGE></p> |
