PURPOSE:To make it possible to change over to either one-direction blowout type or two-directions blowout type rapidly and easily without replacing parts by making movable a partition plate provided in the air passage in an airblow dividing chamber. CONSTITUTION:A movable partition plate 6f is provided with a hole 6f-1 of long opening and it is mounted to the main body section of a blowout dividing chamber 6 with mounting screws 9 so that it is movable in the direction of X axis. By adjusting this movable partition plate 6f in its position it is placed in the center of an air-flow passage. When the partition plate is adjusted in its position so as to partition a first blowout passage 6a and second blowout passage 6b substantially in the same area, the air conditioner functions as a two-direction blowout type air conditioner. When the partition plate 6f is shifted in the direction of the arrow mark X' to close the second blowout passage, the air conditioner functions as a one-direction blowout type air conditioner. Accordingly replacement parts in particular and special tools are not required except for moving the movable partition plate 6f with two mounting screws loosened and then only tightening them. |
