A method is provided for preparing stabilized suspensions of fresh plants by vigorously drying plant material not more than 24 hours after harvesting, crushing dry at below -30 DEG C to a particle size of about 1000 mu m, colloidal crushing or micronisation in a water-miscible solvent at below -5 DEG C to a particle size of 100-500 mu m and homogenization and packaging.
