The unit comprises intermediate frequency amplifying circuits, converting circuit, demodulator circuit and a video processor circuit. An audio processor circuit is also included and a video and audio modulator circuit have external access via input, output and supply connectors. The circuits are formed on a printed circuit on which they are mounted. Active or passive micro components are welded to the flat terminal surface of the microcomponents, facing the conducting tracks on the printed circuit. The various circuits are connected by conducting islands on the printed circuit surface. RF filtering, tuning and impedance attenuating and matching elements are formed on the conducting islands by microcomponents. - Adjustable oscillators and filters are provided for tuning at least on input and one output circuit. The whole is designed as a compact modular unit having input, output and supply connectors enabling access to earth TV, video and audio receiving systems.
