PURPOSE:To provide a mesh fabric composed of fibrous material of a heat- resistant synthetic fiber, welded at overlapped edge parts, remaining the mesh of non-welded part on the surface of the welded part, having improved adhesive strength at the welded part and capable of developing a uniform transfer pattern. CONSTITUTION:Edge parts of a mesh fabric composed of a fibrous material of a heat-resistant synthetic fiber (preferably polyphenylene sulfide) are overlapped, inserting between preferably an ultrasonic tool horn and a base (either or both of the tool horn and the base have the pattern similar to the woven mesh pattern of the mesh fabric) and welded with ultrasonic wave under pressure to obtain a mesh fabric having long life. |
