PURPOSE:To improve temperature control performance and cooling capacity and to lower power consumption, in a refrigeration cycle controller for an automobile air-conditioner, by maintaing the surface temperature of an evaporator at a predetermined level and controlling a variable capacity compressor corresponding to an engine rotation. CONSTITUTION:Temperature of air in front and rear of an evaporator 5 is detected through sensors 23, 14 then inputted to a controller 16 as signals of circuits containing a position detector 24 and a setting resistor 15. When the temperature of intake air increases to increase a cooling load, the controller 16 controls to increase the capacity of a variable capacity compressor 12 based on said input signals so as to adapt to the cooling load. On the other hand, an engine rotation is detected by means of a rotation detector 25 and inputted to the controller 16 so as to control the capacity of the compressor 12 corresponding to the engine rotation. When the capacity of the compressor is controlled based on the surface temperature of the evaporator and the engine rotation, refrigeration cycle control can be mads efficiently resulting in the improvement of comfortability. |
