PURPOSE:To enhance electric chargeability and adhesion between each layer by forming an interlayer containing a resin, a pigment, and a polymer electrolyte and having a reflectance of a specified value or higher between a photosensitive layer and a support made of a resol type phenol resin mixed with a conductive material and glass fiber. CONSTITUTION:The interlayer 2 containing a resin, a pigment, and a polymer electrolyte and having >=10% reflectance is formed on the support 1 obtained by mixing a conductive material and glass fiber with the resol type phenol resin and molding it into a pipe. An electric charge generating layer 3 and a charge transfer layer 4 are formed on the interlayer 2, thus permitting the surface of the support 1 made of the phenol resin to be covered with the interlayer, and the obtained photosensitive body to be enhanced in electric chargeability, freed of dark decay, strong in adhesions between the interlayer and the support and between the interlayer and the photosensitive layer, and reduced in successive production cost. |
