PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a control part by constituting a digital circuit and an analog circuit in C-MOS process structure. CONSTITUTION:Analog circuits such as comparators Q2-Q11, PWM circuits Q14-Q16, etc., are formed having the same constitution with an operational amplifier circuit in C-MOS process structure. Digital circuits such as a microcomputer, its peripheral memories, counters, etc., are formed by using constituent units wherein the drains of NMOSFETs and the drains of PMOSFETs are connected with each other. Therefore, almost all of control circuits including the sequence controller and power source control circuit of an image forming device such as a copying machine and a printer are integrated on the one-chip image forming processor. Consequently, the device is reducible in size. |
