<p>PURPOSE:To easily assemble providing two stationary contacts supporting brushes for turning ON, OFF a motor, and unitizing them. CONSTITUTION:A brush supporting and terminal assembly 30 has a resin plate 32 having a circular opening 31 at its center, a terminal bolt 33 resin-molded at its base is attached to its upper edge, and a connecting terminal 34 is similarly molded at its lower edge. Four brushes 35 are movably held at one side face of the plate, and a pressing force is held by a spring 36. Two stationary contacts 37, 38 protrude on the other side face. A U-shaped metal plate 44 is so mounted at both side ends of the plate 32 as to hold the plate 32, and leads 45 are connected to the plate 44. Threaded hole 46 is formed at the other surface of the plate 44 as for securing the assembly 30 and a ground terminal. Thus, a stationary contact or the like is unitized partly at a rectifier as the assembly 30 to be easily associated.</p> |
