<p>PURPOSE:To heighten desorption efficiency by sending a heated and regenerated gas with pressure from an outlet side in an adsorbing process and also from a point on the way of a flow of an adsorbent gas respectively in a desorption process. CONSTITUTION:A raw gas is sent to an adsorption tower 21 by a compressor 25, adsorption process is carried out, and the resulting purified gas is discharged to a pipe line 28. A part of the purified gas is heated by a heater 31 through a pipe line 29, sent to an adsorption tower 22 from an adsorption outlet 34 through pipe lines 33, 35 and at the same time sent from a nozzle 35 installed on the midway of a gas flow direction of an adsorbent 24 through a pipe line 33 to carry out heating desorption in the adsorption tower 22, and the resulting gas is discharged from an adsorption inlet 36. After that, the regenerated gas is led through a valve 30, cooled, and sent to the adsorption tower 22 by the same way to carry out cooling process. Adsorption, regeneration, and cooling processes are thus carried out in turns in adsorption towers 11, 12.</p> |
