PURPOSE:To extend the service life of a mold by applying the specific thickness of primary plating layer with main plating material of Ni, etc., on inner surface of the mold, and further, forming the prescribed thickness of dispersion plating layer blending solid lubricating particle having the prescribed particle size of graphite, etc. CONSTITUTION:The primary plating layer 5 containing Ni, Cr or Co as the main plating material 15 applied at 2-200mu thickness on the inner surface of the mold 1. Further, the dispersion plating layer 6 blending the solid lubricating particle 7 having 0.1-100mu particle size at 5-60% vol. ratio to the main plating material is formed at 5-500mu thickness. In this case, boron nitride, uranium disulfide, graphite, etc., is selected as the lubricating particle. Adhesion between the primary plating layer 5 and the dispersion grating layer 6 is improved, because the plating base materials are the same qualities, and as the plating layer 6 arranges as dispersing the solid lubricating particle 7, the heat resistance and the service life of the mold is improved. Further, as the plating layer 5 has function of buffer material, after all, the service life of the mold is extended. |
