<p>PURPOSE:To save energy in the above mentioned controller used for material load testers, etc., by selecting and controlling a variable delivery amount pump or a high speed on-off valve based on the deviation of anactual value from a target one. CONSTITUTION:A high speed on-off valve 5 which is controlled by pulse amplitude control is installed on a return liquid line 6, and a load gage 9 and a displacement gage 10 are installed on a liquid pressure actuator 1, and the outputs from said load gage 9 and displacement gage 10 are put into an arithmetic unit 11. A variable delivery amount pump 3 and a high speed on-off valve 5 are selectively controlled according to the deviation of an actual value from a target value. This enables to control the application of pressure by said variable delivery amount pump 3, dispensing with the necessity of constant generation and maintenance of liquid pressure, so that the energy can be saved.</p> |
