PURPOSE:To inform the user of a terminal of the use time and the use charge of a telephone line by providing a timer part at a betting processing part and measuring the time while the terminal for presence voting is connected through a telephone line network with a promotor side center by a timer part. CONSTITUTION:A timer part 8 is provided at a betting processing part 3, the timer part 8 always calculates the time, the time when a terminal 1 for stay-at- home betting and a promotor side center 7 are connected through a telephone line network 6 is calculated and based on the result, the use charge calculating routine built in the betting processing part 3 calculates the use charge of the telephone line. The use time and the use charge of the telephone line are displayed through a teletext processing part 2 on the picture of a television 4. Thus, the service for the user of the terminal for stay-at-home betting can be improved. |
