PURPOSE:To prepare a KONJAK (paste made from starch of devil's tongue) containing ingredient, in high yield, shortening the time for seasoning and various treatments such as acid treatment and heat-treatment, by kneading KONJAK powder together with desired ingredient, gelatinizing the mixture with heat to form innumerable through-holes, oxidizing the product and seasoning with a seasoning liquid. CONSTITUTION:KONJAK powder is kneaded together with desired ingredient and gelatinized with heat to form innumerable through-holes. The product is oxidized and then seasoned with a seasoning liquid to obtain an inexpensive ingredient-containing KONJAK seasoned to the included ingredient. |
