PURPOSE:To measure the gradient of a sewer, bent state of a pipe at its joint, etc., by providing an inclined and lateral turning angle sensors. CONSTITUTION:An in-pipe inspection camera device 11 can move inside a pipe 20 along its axial direction by means of driving wheels 10a and 10b fitted to the car body of the device 11. The device 11 can take the image of the inner wall of the pipe 20 with a television camera mounted on the car body. Moreover, the device 11 is provided with an inclined and lateral turning angle sensors 12. While it is necessary to correct the error in the output voltage of the inclined angle sensor when the device 11 is inclined in a lateral turning direction, the output voltage of the lateral turning sensor is utilized as the correction information for the correction and addition or subtraction is performed in accordance with the inclined direction of the device 11. The inclined information thus obtained is superposed upon the video signals of the camera after the information is converted into character signals or color bar signals. Thus the inclined information can be visually confirmed. Therefore, the gradient of a sewer, bent state of the pipe at the join, etc., can be measured easily. |
