Imidazo-benzodiazepine derivs. of formula (I), their pharmaceutically acceptable acid addn. salts and their stereochemically isomeric forms are new. R1 = 1-6C alkyl (opt substd. by aryl or 3-6C cycloalkyl), 3-6C alkenyl, 3-6C alkynyl or 3-6C cycloalkyl; R2 and R3 = H or 1-6C alkyl; R4 and R5 = H, 1-6C alkyl, halo, CN, NO2, CF3, OH, 1-6C alkoxy, NH2 or mono- or di-(1-6C alkyl) amino; aryl = phenyl opt. substd. by 1-3 of 1-6C alkyl, halo, OH, 1-6C alkoxy, NH2, NO2 or CF3. |
