PURPOSE:To perform efficient telegraphic message leading-out operations by preferentially transmitting various leading-out telegraphic messages over various delivering telegraphic messages. CONSTITUTION:Assuming that telegraphic messages (b) to (d) are stored in a transmission queue 12 in order and a telegraphic message (e) of a demand service is transmitted from another terminal equipment while the message (b) is transmitted to terminal equipment 1, the message (e) is stored at the tail end of the queue 12. When the leading-out of a confidential message is requested in such state, the confidential message (a) is stored after the message (b) in the transmission queue 12. Therefore, a confidential leasing-out telegraphic message can be transmitted preferentially over other telegraphic messages and the confidential telegraphic message leading-out operator can receive the confidential message immediately after operation without being recognized the message by a third person.
