<p>PURPOSE:To automatize the generation of a schedule planning table by which the rate of operation of a production line is high by executing an allocation of the production line in accordance with a production necessary time. CONSTITUTION:The production necessary time is classified into three classes of a third class in which the production can be ended within the time when an operator is working, a first class in which a continuous operation of 24hr is executed, and a second class being its remainder. Thereafter, the production necessary time of the first class is allocated to the production line. To the production line to which the allocation has not been executed, the production necessary time of the third class is allocated by combining it so that its total is held within a range of a third time. To a free time continued from this allocation, the production necessary time of the second class is allocated. Therefore, only within the time when an operator is working, a form change is executed, and in other time, a continuous production of the same form is executed.</p> |
