<p>PURPOSE:To install a weight member accurately by winding a raw material for FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastics) formation around a core material, gearing the supporting leg of a weight member to a core material holding hole, winding the raw material for FRP formation thereover, and placing it in a formation pattern to compress thermally. CONSTITUTION:At a specific position of a core material 11 where a weight member 31 is buried and fixed, a holding hole 12 is formed. As well as a raw material 21 for FRP formation to form a head shell is wound around the core material 11, a supporting leg 32 projected at the weight member 31 is geared to the holding hole 12 of the core material 11 penetrating the raw material 21. Furthermore, after winding a raw material 22 for FRP formation on the weight member 31, this material for head formation is arranged in a desired formation pattern 41 and a thermal compression is applied. As a result, the weight member buried and fixed to the head main body can be installed stably and accurately, and moreover, a damage of the formation pattern in the formation process can be prevented.</p> |
