发明名称 METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR FLUIDIZED BED TYPE REGENERATION OF CATALYST
摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To remove the deposited coke on a catalyst with a min. required amt. of oxygen by specifying the combustion temp. of the coke, an ascending surface velocity of oxygen-contg. fluid and the CO/CO2 ratio in a regeneration chamber or the like of a fluidized bed in which catalyst particles circulate downward. CONSTITUTION: The spent catalyst particles subjected to stripping are discharged to a regenerator 14. The spent catalyst particles are dispersed upward on the surface of the dense fluidized bed 17 within the upper part 14b of the large diameter of the regenerator 14 and the steam and hydrocarbon existing on the catalyst are adsorbed at a high temp. by the oxygen-contg. ascending fluid having a surface velocity of 1.5 to 3.5 m per second. In such a case, the steam or the like is injected via a diffuser 21 by utilizing the characteristics in the upper part of the fluidized bed, by which part of the coke is converted to CO and the CO/CO2 ratio in the effluent gas is held at 0.5 to 1.5. The flow rate of the oxidative fluid is regulated and the combustion temp. is kept at <=750 deg.C so that the perfect combustion of the coke is caused in the lower part 14a of the fluidized bed.</p>
