<p>PURPOSE:To improve productivity by conducting the exchange of a processing completion pallet on a machine table for a program completion processing awaiting pallet, and down-loading an automatically generated NC program into an NC device. CONSTITUTION:When a system operation is started, the CPU20 of a computer 17 indicates on a CRT27 an edged material to be programed, and on the basis of this, an operator programs on the pallet 9 of a programing station a material suited for the indicated edged material, and then, the size of the material is inputted from a keyboard 25, and an NC program is automatically registered from the information of the material and the data of the edged material registered previously at a floppy disk device 23. And when the processing of an edged material on a pallet 7 on the side of a machine table 3 is completed, and its signal is outputted from an NC device 13, pallets 9 and 7 are exchanged by means of a pallet changer 5, and the NC program is down-loaded into the NC device 13, and a processing cycle and a programing cycle are started. Thus, productivity can be heightened.</p> |
