PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of print-missing due to faulty napping by providing a part for sealing a developer between the doctor blade of a developer conveying course and a developing part and replenishing the developer from a developer bank to the faulty napping part of a magnetic brush. CONSTITUTION:A member for eliminating faulty napping 6 is pressed and loaded on the magnetic brush 2 on a developing roll 1, and is evenly pressed on the magnetic brush 2 by means of a pressing plate 7. The contacting part of the member for eliminating faulty napping 6 and the developing roll 1 becomes the part for sealing a developer. Then, the developer bank 9 is formed on the developing roll 1. Besides, the member for eliminating faulty napping 6 is elastic, seals proper quantity of the developer, and removes remaining developer. Thus, the developer is replenished to the faulty napping part of the magnetic brush 10 from the developer bank 9 on the developing roll 1, and the print-missing can be prevented. |
