<p>PURPOSE:To confirm the number and position of a specified image frame by reading position information during conveying the a photographic film and discriminating appropriateness or inappropriateness. CONSTITUTION:A position information detecting sensor 38 and 29 are arranged in the upstream of a negative carrier 20, a bar code 18A of the negative film 18 is read according to the movement of the film 18, data which corresponds to this is transmitted to a controller 34. A frame number which corresponds to the code 18 is compared with that of a RAM 42. When the image frame corresponding to the bar code 18A whose reading is in error is positioned at a printing position based on a notch 18B, the bar code 18A in front or in rear of the image frame is retrieved and a driving device 32 is controlled by adding or subtracting the size of the one interval between bar codes 18A to or from a normal moving distance. As a result, the specified image frame is positioned at the printing position.</p> |
