<p>PURPOSE:To reduce a difference in electric potential and a distribution capacity as much as possible to improve voltage resistance and efficiency and further to enables mass production by a method wherein a coil fixed to a terminal pin provided on the square jaw at the side of a bobbin is formed in a specific configuration. CONSTITUTION:A coil 16 is wound on a square cylinder 12a of a bobbin 12 having square jaws 12b, 12c. The coil end of a primary coil 14 is secured to terminal pins 13a, 13b. A secondary coil 15 is secured at its one end with the terminal pin 13a and at the other end with the terminal pin 13c. The square cylinder 12a is divided into four sections of a-d, and each section is wound, the primary coil 14 and the secondary coil 15 being formed. First, the primary coil 14 having a triangular cross area where winding pitches are reciprocated for the section a is formed. Then, a multi-layer winding is made for the section b. Following this, similarly, a multi-layer winding is made in the order of sections c, d, the secondary coil 15 being formed. As a result, not only line voltage difference and distribution capacitor are reduced, but coils can be reliably wound between sections.</p> |
