PURPOSE:To reduce the electric current consumption of the title circuit by making a constant current to flow only when input signals are at one-side level. CONSTITUTION:When input signals In are 'L', the output of an inverter 18 becomes 'H' and a DMOS 15 is turned on. At the same time, the source and gate of a DMOS 13 are short-circuited with each other and a DMOS 14 is also turned off. Accordingly, output signals Out are set to 'L' through the DMOS 15 when the signals In are 'L'. When the signals In are 'H', on the other hand, the DMOS 15 is turned off and the DMOS 13 is turned on. If the Zener voltage of a Zener diode 17 is set at a prescribed value when the signals In are 'L', the DMOS 14 is turned on. Accordingly, the output signals Out are set at 'H' through the DMOS 14 when the signals In are 'H'. |
