PURPOSE:To simplify a driver circuit by polarization-treating piezoelectric ceramics so as to be mutually brought to reversed polarity by every semicircle. CONSTITUTION:Silver electrodes 2-2', 3'-3' are mounted onto both main surfaces of a perforated disk 1 composed of piezoelectric ceramics, DC high voltage is applied between two conductors respectively connecting the electrode 2 on the surface, the electrode 3' on the rear, the electrode 3 on the surface, and the electrode 2' on the rear in there electrodes and polarization treatment is executed, and polarizations 7, 8 are formed. The insulating grooves of the electrodes 2, 3 and the electrodes 2', 3' on the polarization disk are painted out with silver paste, and an equipotential surface is formed. Consequently, electrodes 4, 5 are shaped onto the whole surfaces of both main surfaces of the disk 1. Accordingly, an AC power 9 is connected to the two whole-surface electrodes 4, 5, and sine-wave voltage is applied and frequency is swept, thus generating resonance and producing powerful revolution. |
