<p>PURPOSE:To easily decide the abnormality of a plant by sounding an alarm for the abnormality of the plant with a voice message. CONSTITUTION:An input data identifying number (a) is added to process data from a process input device 1, and they are inputted to a process data input means 2. Whenever the respective process data are inputted by the process data input means 2, an alarm presence/absence discriminating means 6 reads input data information DAi, to which the input data identifying number (a) in an alarm data file 5 corresponds, and discriminates the presence and absence of the abnormality. When an alarm stage discriminating means 9 discriminates the plant abnormality by the alarm presence/absence discriminating means 6, it discriminates the stage of the alarm based on the information of an alarm stage setting file 8. An alarm stage display means 10 displays the alarm on a CRT display device 4 based on the alarm stage, while, it outputs the alarm by means of the voice by an alarm voice output means 12.</p> |
