PURPOSE:To effectively remove rust from copper and to effectively prevent reoxidation with a rust remover contg. a component such as 2- aminoethylmercaptan by adding a component such as acrylamide to the rust remover. CONSTITUTION:One or more kinds of components (A) selected among 2- aminoethylmercaptan, thioglycolic acid and salts of them are used in combination with one or more kinds of components (B) selected among acrylamide, acrylic acid, acrylate and homo- or copolymers of these monomers. An oxide film on the surface of copper is removed by the chelating effect of the components A and the components B are adsorbed on the rust-free surface. The resulting adsorbed film improves the washability and can effectively prevent reoxidation. |
