PURPOSE:To prevent an occurrence of rusts and reduce a vibration caused by a rotation of a motor or vanes by a method wherein an outer frame is formed of a layered material having an anti-rust power at its inner surface and having a plurality of different material qualities with a vibration absorbing material at its intermediate part. CONSTITUTION:A motor 5 fixed to a top surface 4 of an outer frame 1 is provided with vanes 6. A suction port for the vanes 6 is formed by an orifice 7. An outdoor opening 3 of an outer frame 1 is provided with an adapter 10 for use in connecting a duct 9. The outer frame 1 is formed of a plurality of different material qualities, i.e. its inner surface 1a is made of stainless steel, its central part 1b is of resin and its outer surface 1c is of steel plate. The ventilation device constructed as above is fixed to a ceiling 11 so as to discharge interior air to an outdoor part through a duct 9. Since the inner surface 1a is made of stainless steel, even if it is used at a place having a high humidity such as a bath room for a long period of time, no rust is generated there and further since the three layered material is applied and in particular a central part 1b is of resin, a vibration caused by a rotation of a motor 5 and vanes 6 can be reduced. |
