PURPOSE:To obtain the title material with remarkably high contrast by incorporating a specified compd. in the emulsion layer or the another hydrophilic colloid layer of the photosensitive material. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive material has the silver halide emulsion layer mounted on a supporting body and contains hydrazine derivatives in the emulsion layer or the another hydrophilic colloid layer, and at least one of the compd. shown by formula I and the compd. shown by formula II or III is incorporated in the emulsion layer or the another hydrophilic colloid layer. In the formula, (t) is an integer of 0 or 1, LA is a group having the absorption max. of light at a wavelength region of >=310nm, R<1>-R<4> are each hydrogen atom or hydroxyl group, etc., X is hydroxyl group, etc., R<5> and R<6> are each hydrogen atom or alkyl group, etc., R<7>-R<10> are each hydrogen atom or a group capable of substituting. Thus, the negative image having the hyper high contrast of the sensitive material is obtd. |
