PURPOSE:To sufficiently extract the medicinal component of a medicinal herb, etc., by providing a generator to generate steam and a medicinal herb housing room to extract the medicinal component while the steam generated at the generator passes through the medicinal herb. CONSTITUTION:Steam 101 generated at a generator 10 composed of a boiler is sent through a line 16a to a medicinal herb housing room 12 and further sent through another line 16b to a souna room 14. For the medicinal herb housing room 12, the line 16a is connected to the lower part side wall of a casing 12A, and the line 16b is connected to the upper part side wall of the casing 12A. Further, net partition plate 12b is provided for the somewhat lower part of the internal part of the casing 12A. A medicinal herb 13 is placed on this partition plate 12b. The steam 101 sent through the line 16a into the casing 12A steams the medicinal herb in the medicinal herb housing room 12, the medicinal component of the medicinal herb is extracted, contained in the steam, and sent through the line 16b to the souna room 14. A drain in the medicinal herb housing room 12 stays on the bottom part of the medicinal herb housing room 12. Since the medicinal component is extracted from the medicinal herb by the steam, the medicinal component can be sufficiently absorbed into a human body. |
