PURPOSE:To aim at the long term maintenance of the cleaning function of a wiper by constructing the wiper capable of being changed to no-pressure, low pressure, middle pressure and high pressure by a wiper arm pressure adjusting means, and switching the pressure according to the use, the no-use of the wiper and a running speed at its time. CONSTITUTION:The pressure of a wiper arm is able to be changed to no- pressure, low pressure, middle pressure and high pressure by a pressure adjusting means. At the time of parking, it is put under no pressure state, at the time of the no-use of the wiper at a low speed or middle speed running, it is put under low pressure state, at the time of the no-use of the wiper at high speed running or at the time of the use at low speed, middle speed running, it is put under middle pressure state. At the time of the use at high speed running, it is put under high pressure state. Thus, the wiper arm pressure is applied according to parking, stoppage and running speed so that a blade rubber is prevented from applying an excessive load and good cleaning function can be usually maintained for a long term. |
