PURPOSE:To prevent lubricant inside of a bearing from splashing by forming an elastically deformable soft part, to absorb the pressure change in the inside of the bearing sealed, on at least one of the peripheries of the sealing part and the periphery of the seal cover. CONSTITUTION:Keeping a gap to an inner race 4, a periphery part 25 of a seal part P1 is fitted in an outer race 5, the gap is filled with a magnetic fluid J, and a periphery part 21 of a seal cover F1 is fitted in the outer race 5. The seal cover F1 is made of rubber and comprised of the periphery part 21, a cover part 22, and core metals 23, 24 and the curved part (b) of the periphery part 21 is elastically deformed by pushing the core metal 24 part. The curved part (a) of the rubber-made periphery part 25 which, with a ring-shape seal main body 26 comprised of a ring magnet 26a and pole piece 26b firmly adhering to both sides of the ring magnet, composes a seal part P1, is elastically deformed by pressure change in the inside of a bearing B sealed with the seal cover F1, the seal part P1, and the magnetic fluid J. Lubricants inside of the bearing B is therefore prevented from splashing. |
