The joint is intended to be inserted into a hole 3 located in the concrete and comprises a straight piece 6 made of a plastic material which forms a single body with the side fins 14, 15 which are elastically deformable and are inclined upwards and which is divided into two walls 8, 9 delimiting between them a groove 10 in which a deformable cord 5 is housed. According to the invention, the lower edge of the rigid plastic straight piece 6 is shaped into a corner 7 which converges downwards in order to match the faces 16, 17 of the hole 3, against which faces the fins 14, 15 are deformed when the joint 2 is inserted, in order to prevent chalking from rising back, and the deformable cord 5 is made of a flexible plastic material and is extruded with the straight piece 6 so as to make a single body with the two upper walls 8, 9 thereof without completely filling the groove 10 which they delimit. <IMAGE>
