COMPOSITION FOR PRODUCING MOLDED CERAMIC FORM

PURPOSE:To form a degreased body free from swell and crack even when raising temp. rapidly at the time of degreasing by utilizing both polyalkylene carbonate and epoxy compd. in combination as an essential component for a binder of molding in case of molding ceramic powder and/or metallic powder. CONSTITUTION:The composition for producing a molded form is formed of both ceramic powder and/or metallic powder and an organic binder containing both polyalkylene carbonate and a compd. having epoxy group not less than one in a molecule as an essential component. The above-mentioned binder is generally incorporated in the composition at the amount of 20-65vol.% and further both polyalkylene carbonate and epoxy compd. are incorporated in the binder at the rate of 10-80vol.% and 20-90vol.% respectively.
